Create a Unique Employee Welcome Kit

The numbers make it clear – a well executed onboarding process for new employees is critical to your company’s success. Businesses invest a lot in identifying, recruiting, and retaining employees, but the first impression is arguably the most important.  A thoughtfully prepared and customized welcome kit is a very effective way to give your valuable new employees a positive introduction to your company.  It allows you to establish the expectations of your brand and your company’s mission.
