Roles and Responsibilities              

  • Build and maintain online company stores using our established platform, including:
    • Homepage Design (GUI/some HTML)
    • Web Store Updates
    • Program Functions
    • Item Masters
    • E-commerce Payment Functions
  • Manage the J Paul Company website, including promotions, product updates, featured products
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to create eCommerce collateral to sell customer facing stores
  • Attend eCommerce client meetings with Sales
  • Work directly with customers on setup
  • Produce customer reports and dashboards
  • Produce weekly internal reports for each store (real numbers to gauge profit, inventory turn rate, and sales)
  • Attend and contribute to our manager meetings
  • Grow the department (people, processes, and production)

This position will be challenging and requires someone with a tremendous desire to compete and win. We expect our eCommerce sales to grow 100% year-over-year for the next 5 years.
